Ship items back within: 15 days of delivery
Please contact us for exchange within 7 days of delivery.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.The return address should be the same as the sender address on the box.
Refund Amount & Date
Once we have received the items back from you, expect to get the refund within 4-5 business days. If you selected 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air, that cost will not be refunded to you. Otherwise, you will receive a full refund.
